Returns - no problem
If you would like to return your order this is no problem within 14 days after you have received the purchased item(s) as long as they are returned in their original, unused state. Follow the steps underneath to make sure this runs smoothly.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us about the return, please also provide your bank details.
2. Pack the items safely in their original packaging. We are not responsible for damages during transport, so consider to send expensive products with an insured service.

4. As soon as we have received the returned goods in good order we will transfer your payment for these goods excluding the shipping costs.
When you would like to exchange an item, please return the received item first and then re-order the new item.
